This is a very strong sophomore record - No sophomore slump here. This shows Gudasz' growth as a songwriter. She's branching out in different directions musically with some very cool production work. Some of the songs are even better than those from Oleander, her debut LP. While some of those sounds/textures are still present here, this record has some more challenging (and rewarding) results. For fans of Leonard Cohen, Sharon Van Etten, Aimee Mann and Joni Mitchell.

Feminist garage post punk. With titles like "Glue Sniffer", "Pissed" and title track, these are girls behaving badly. But there's also a 60s girl band sensitivity that ameliorates any potential offense with a harmony and melodic sense not normally found in this genre. And there's humour too, great album.
