lyrics
my fingers creeping down your neck
you can't see me the water's wet
black ocean bubbles on your skin
can taste your salty ocean sins
rain splash down now the water shakes
you look around, but you can't make me, can't make me out
i'm in your bed, I'm in your dreams
you can't see me
walking past the window glass
hear my tapping feet
clicking, clacking, you're all alone
screaming, ringing, it's not your telephone
your car is idle in the cold
don't mind me standing in the road
light comes back on to life again
i'll stay ding dong, it's half past ten
this old gown my uniform now
floating on your bedroom, your bedroom
i'm in your bed, I'm in your dreams
you can't see me
walking past the window glass
hear my tapping feet
clicking, clacking, you're all alone
screaming, ringing, it's not your telephone

Feminist garage post punk. With titles like "Glue Sniffer", "Pissed" and title track, these are girls behaving badly. But there's also a 60s girl band sensitivity that ameliorates any potential offense with a harmony and melodic sense not normally found in this genre. And there's humour too, great album. agutterfan

This is a very strong sophomore record - No sophomore slump here. This shows Gudasz' growth as a songwriter. She's branching out in different directions musically with some very cool production work. Some of the songs are even better than those from Oleander, her debut LP. While some of those sounds/textures are still present here, this record has some more challenging (and rewarding) results. For fans of Leonard Cohen, Sharon Van Etten, Aimee Mann and Joni Mitchell. travm0
